Business management for the study and installation services of pneumatic valve control.

Design and industrialization of the installation / Financial and contractual management / Purchasing / Site supervision and management.

Training for Egyptian clients as part of the Transfert of Technology / Supply Chain management in the context of the Transfer of Technology to the Egyptian shipyard.

Planning, organizing, and leading a team of 70 people for electrical assembly services (purchasable functions covering the areas of studies, procurement, assembly, and testing).

Supervision of attachment and hull lining assembly works, equipment installation, cable pulling, termination, control, and testing.

As a freelance developer, I embarked on creating several SaaS (Software as a Service) products. This experience allowed me to develop a wide range of skills, from technical design to business strategy.

Each SaaS project requires a holistic approach, combining product development, market analysis, and project management. I learned to work autonomously, managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.

From architectural design to implementing growth strategies, each step strengthened my ability to create innovative and scalable solutions.

ベンジャミン Coding is a small school that teach programming to the young generation . Students embrace learning as they play and write code from the very start of their adventure, promoting active learning and a growth mindset.

They learn Python, JavaScript or C++ while having fun with educational programs like codecombat or minecraft education. Children develop a logical mind to solve problems. We also learn English through programming languages and through the actions that their character must carry out.

At the start of each course, they practice typing on the keyboard with English words so that they feel as comfortable as possible with writing on the keyboard and become familiar with English words. We also make small robots that we then program using blocks to make them do the desired actions.
